Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsibility

This policy covers everbridge.cc, its Chinese and English pages, and product enquiries, purchases and support requests made directly to EVERBRIDGE. EVERBRIDGE operates this website and is responsible for the customer information it collects and handles.

2. Information we handle

• Information you provide: your name or preferred name, email, destinations and travel dates, device model and sales region, selected plans and correspondence.
• Order and support information: order references, payment status, transaction references, eSIM identifiers, usage records and troubleshooting screenshots, limited to what is needed to fulfil an order or resolve an issue.
• Website technical information: IP address, request time and URL, browser or device information, referrer and security events. Our hosting and CDN providers may record these automatically.
• The website has no account registration, online payment form or card-detail entry field. Do not email full card numbers, security codes, passwords or unsolicited identity documents.

3. Purposes and your choices

We use necessary information to answer enquiries, check device and destination needs, confirm orders, deliver installation details, provide support, handle refunds, reconcile transactions, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information or automatically enrol enquirers in marketing emails.

You can browse without sending an enquiry. Providing enquiry and order information is voluntary, but missing essential contact, order or compatibility details may prevent us from providing the requested service. New, unrelated uses will be notified or require consent as applicable.

4. Providers, disclosures and overseas processing

Necessary information may be handled by hosting and security providers, currently including Cloudflare, email providers, the eSIM supplier or mobile-network partners fulfilling an order, and the payment provider used for that order. Product and payment arrangements are disclosed before fulfilment; this website currently has no online payment gateway.

Sharing is limited to what is necessary for fulfilment, support, security or legal requirements, with restrictions on unrelated provider use. As travel services operate across borders, information may be handled in Hong Kong and provider locations. We use proportionate confidentiality, access and contractual safeguards.

If a destination requires identity verification, we explain the requirement, information and submission channel before purchase. We will not ask you to send a passport to the general enquiry inbox.

5. Cookies and external links

The current website does not set its own advertising or optional analytics cookies or store enquiry contents in browser storage. Infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare may use essential security or traffic-management cookies. You can inspect and manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect access.

Email links open your mail application; an enquiry is only sent when you send the email. Linked device guides and third-party websites have their own privacy rules. Any future optional tracking will be explained in an updated notice with choices where required.

6. Retention and security

• Routine website security logs are normally retained for no more than 90 days; incident evidence may be kept until investigation and necessary dispute handling are complete.
• General enquiries without an order are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the last substantive contact. Order, payment and refund records are generally kept for seven years for reconciliation, accounting, tax and dispute purposes; only necessary records are kept longer where a legal duty or specific dispute requires it.
• We use HTTPS, restricted access and appropriate provider controls. No transmission or storage system is absolutely secure. Incidents affecting your information are handled and notified as required by applicable rules.

7. Access, correction, deletion and concerns

Email [email protected] to request access or correction, deletion where applicable, withdrawal of revocable consent or an end to marketing. Identify your request and relevant order. We request only the minimum information reasonably needed to verify identity, never your account password.

We normally acknowledge requests within five Hong Kong business days and handle access or correction within applicable time limits, generally 40 days for relevant Hong Kong requests. If a request cannot be met, we explain why and the available next steps. Records required for legal purposes may not be immediately deletable.

Please contact us with concerns about our response. You may also complain to Hong Kong’s Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data or a competent data-protection authority in your location.

8. Minors and updates

The service is intended for purchasers with contractual capacity. A parent or guardian should purchase or authorise purchases for a minor. If we learn that a minor’s information was collected without appropriate authority, we investigate and delete it or take other suitable action.

This version takes effect on 14 October 2026. Material changes to purposes or rights are dated here and separately notified where appropriate. Browsing alone is not consent to unrelated marketing or new processing purposes.
